Coffee we take as seriously as the cookies

Every Cookie Beacon is as much a specialty-coffee shop as a brunch spot. We roast light in Barcelona, pull every shot fresh, and keep it simple behind the bar: a clean espresso, a proper flat white, a cortado with the milk dialled in. It’s the drink most people build their brunch around, so we treat it that way.

What’s in the cup

The core menu runs from a quick morning shot to something slow and filter-brewed:

  • Espresso & Americano — the daily basics, espresso from 900 Ft in Budapest, 11 lei in Bucharest and 275 RSD in Belgrade.
  • Flat White, Cortado, Cappuccino & Latte — milk drinks poured with care, the flat white our most-reordered cup.
  • V60 & Batch Brew — filter coffee for anyone who wants to taste the roast on its own.
  • Orange Espresso Tonic — long, fizzy and citrus-lifted, the one to order when it’s warm out.

Signature lattes worth the detour

For something with a bit more fun in it, the signature lattes rotate through flavours you won’t find on every corner: the Pink Coconut Cloud, a Lotus Frappe, a Cinnamon-Roll Iced Matcha and a Maple Chai Latte. They land around 1,950 Ft in Budapest, 23 lei in Bucharest and 550 to 690 RSD in Belgrade, and they go down well beside a warm cookie.

A mimosa bar for slow weekends

Brunch isn’t only coffee. The Mimosa Bar turns a late morning into a proper sit-down: Classic, Strawberry Sangria, Sour Candy and Apple-Pie, at 2,100 Ft, 29 lei or 650 RSD depending on the city. Add a smoothie or a hot chocolate and the table’s sorted.

Find the same roast in three cities

You get the same Barcelona coffee at every brunch spot: Budapest near St. Stephen’s Basilica, Bucharest by Piața Romană, and Belgrade in the old town off Republic Square. Pull up a seat, order a flat white, and stay a while.
