Easter cookie bars, built in layers: a crushed-Oreo base, a thick spread of Nutella, then oats, chopped nuts, dark and white chocolate chips and M&M’s scattered over the top. Five minutes to assemble, around 25 in the oven, and they come out with a light crunch. Exactly the sort of thing to have ready when family and friends turn up.
No mixer, no dough to chill. Melt the butter, crush the Oreos, press, spread, sprinkle, bake.
