Chocolate Banana Oats Cookies

🤗❤️ this is the only recipe of Oats cookies we’ve ever needed. This Chocolate Banana Oats cookie has been your favorite in Cookie Beacon for a long time 🙈

Just a few simple ingredients, and the cookies are ready to enjoy ❤️‍🩹

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg, room t°

  • 2 medium ripe bananas

  • 160g raw sugar

  • 57g butter, room t°

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 135g oats

  • 150g all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 200g choco-chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix egg, bananas, sugar, butter, vanilla in a mixer or with a whip.

  2. Mix in oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt.

  3. Gently fold in choco-chips.

  4. Cool the dough in the fridge at least 2 hours or overnight.

  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  6. Bake aprox 13 min or until edges are slightly brown. Cool 5 min on the tray then transfer to the rack.

  7. Enjoy! ❤️

Cookies stay delicious in a container in the fridge for about a week or they can be easily frozen for up to 3 months.
