Red Velvet Kinder mini-Cookies

5 minutes to make and 7 minutes to bake and no chilling needed 🍪

These mini cookies are super soft and fudgy, packed with kinder chunks and white chocolate chips. 🤤

Super easy to make and quick enjoy! ❤️ A batch of these usually disappears in our family in half a day. 😬

How long will it take you to devour them? 👀

Ingredients*:

  • 110g unsalted butter, melted

  • 150g brown sugar

  • 115g white sugar

  • 1 large egg, room t°

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 210g plain flour

  • 20g cacao powder

  • A drop of red coloring

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 100g Kinder chocolate, chopped into small pieces

  • 100g white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Whisk the melted butter with sugars until combined.

  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

  4. Sift in the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until the dough comes together. Add in a drop of coloring and mix until homogeneously spread.

  5. Fold in the kinder chocolate and white chocolate chips.

  6. Bake at 180°C for 7 mins - they should look underdone when they come out. ❤️
