Nutella Brownies

Enjoy in the ultimate homemade Nutella Brownies recipe – easy, quick, and delicious!

Imagine the rich, chocolaty goodness of Nutella in a warm, freshly baked brownie that takes just 10 minutes to whip up and 16 minutes to bake!

Ingredients:

  • 115g butter, cut into pieces

  • 170g semisweet chocolate

  • 22g cocoa powder

  • 3 L eggs, room t°

  • 80g white sugar

  • 100g brown sugar

  • 125g all-purpose flour

  • Pinch of salt

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 300g Nutella

Baking tray: 20cm or 28*18cm

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave in 15-second intervals, mixing well after each.

  3. Mix in the sugar.

  4. Beat in the eggs.

  5. Whisk in the vanilla.

  6. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir to mix well.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray.

  8. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella.

  9. With the tip of a knife or spatula, swirl both batters slightly. Don't overmix them.

  10. Bake for 16min. The brownies are done when the center still jiggles a little.

  11. Let cool for 15 min.
