Maple Cheddar Pancakes

This is our all time favorite sweet and savory brunch: Maple Cheddar Pancakes ❤️🥹

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bacon, chopped = 120g flour all use

  • 2 tbsp chives chopped

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 160ml milk

  • 1 egg L, beaten

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 240g corn fresh, canned or frozen

  • 120g grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook bacon until crunchy. Reserve a tablespoon for serving with pancakes.

  2. While the bacon is being cooked, mix in a bowl flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and chives.

  3. Mix in milk, egg and oil.

  4. Fold in bacon, corn and cheese.

  5. Cook at medium t.

  6. Enjoy with maple syrup and crunchy bacon!❤️
